Snowdonia 5-7 March 2004:

We stayed at the Pen Y Pass YHA and cooked our own meals. All seven members of the unit attended the unit's first week end away. The weather conditions enabled us to do our preferred programme option which was to climb Snowdon on Saturday and to practice our ice axe techniques on Sunday. There was plenty of snow above 800m.

Snowdon hike; 12K in length, 800m of climb and took 6 hours.
